Role of electronics in various engineering branches

Electronics is not only used in elecronics dept.
Computer is all made up of electronic components rather computer is a specialized branch of electronics .Still why we computer students are so afraid of electronics ?
To be very frank it is a very interesting subject.
U can make ur own world with it.
consider TV ,AC, mobiles and so on ...
